I reserved a vehicle through my insurance company. Once the reservation was complete the message on the Geico app said that the vehicle will be ready at your Geico Repair appointment. I dropped off my vehicle and contacted Enterprise the agent said that they have no vehicle from and i didnt confirm my appointment. the Geico app did not say i needed to confirm anything. I had to find a way home and still have not recieved a rental car. Very poor customer service from this location.

My car was stolen and involved in a accident. I was able to rent a car with the help of the staff. And they were able to pick me up from my residence. Friendly and helpful in time of need.
