this place is awful. just moved in with my boyfriend and nothing was cleaned or painted, but the worst part is there is a major roach infestation and when we notified the office they displayed absolutely no urgency on fixing the issue. there is also a 24 hour gym, yet they don’t have enough key fobs for us. i do not recommend living here.

Nice apartments in a nice area. Lots of parks nearby if you have kids and plenty of places to eat. Far enough from Miami to miss the craziness. The staff here is very accommodating and have helped me with numerous issues. I truly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to help especially Alex with the maintenance staff. He always comes with a smile and is not bothered as my kids and dog watch him fix whatever is broken. He has on number ohs occasions fixed something that was not on the work order but just saw that it needed to be done. He is definitely an asset to your team!

One of the best communities in Plantation. The staff members are helpful and the community is well kept. The best part of living here was the location. 10 to 15 min drive from entertainment, shopping and major highways.
