Place is nice. Love the amenities but what makes it even better….the management team. Melissa and Kira makes it enjoyable. It doesn’t matter what happens they always provide support and are always responsive to the tenants needs. They ARE Midtown 24.

Very unorganized. My Vehicle was towed because the property management staff neglected to do as they said they would do and place a no tow order because my slingshot could not securely place the decal.. So as I had planned to go out in it .. surprise it’s towed even tho we pay for parking. And of course office is closed so wait another day… I assume they also expect me to take time off work for their negligence. Last week there was break ins into residents vehicles. Couldn’t do zero stars.

All of the leasing ladies are so helpful and kind! They always have their doors open for any questions and concerns that may come our way. This building is very clean the apartments are spacious, the pool area is spectacular and it is very safe. I have never had any concerns for safety in this building.
