Tatyana is very rude. She is rude to me even when I spoke English. She started screaming in the middle of the conversation. I was only asking her about the process because I don’t know. I know some staff are rude to non English speaker because they can’t complained and afraid to do so as well. If she is rude to me when I speak English, I can’t imagine how she treat non English speaker. My heart hurt when I think about her treatment toward my people.

Love this place and the services it provides to our community. People that work there are great and I am forever grateful to them and those like them. Without a place like this an immigrant family can have a very hard time getting used to the new place and a new lifestyle, God knows it's a huge cultural shock to leave your homeland and come to a different country and get used to it so you can call it your new home, this place helps with that and much more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
