I drive to Middleton post office to avoid Caldwell one, for one they are simply unreliable, shipping small boxes priority is a nightmare, no tracking and don't try to call or go in to resolve, its pointless!! Go elsewhere!

I went in earlier sadly I didn't get off of work until they were getting close to closing and it's not their fault that the label printers inside weren't working but I went out front to print a label for a return package and it wasn't quite working and I heard the lady inside say that if anybody needed help with the kiosk to just come in and ask and come out to help but when I did that she got very defensive and snappy and demanding. Rushing me to print what I needed because apparently even after offering to help she didn't actually want to seeing as it was getting close to closing and apparently anyone who needed help was just annoying her now.

Rude staff except one lady who’s very cordial and nice, even smiles! Condescending workers look burnt out. Just love having to send out mail prefer to just use the kiosk most times.

Caldwell is really looking better these days. Nice people and the streets are clean. Live entertainment near Indian Creek Steakhouse.

It takes 7-10 days for forwarding to take effect...you will first notice mail with a yellow label arriving (even if it's at the original address) ....it's also possible, not likely, that you haven't had any mail to hold since we only hold/forward 1st class mail...hopefully that helps
Yes. They're open from 8:30 am but it's limited hours. I'd say before noon would be your best bet.
If it is a new home, chances are there is a central box unit for mail delivery. You can call the post office and they can let you know based off your address.
