I've lived in Riverside since 2016, and despite seeing this place time and time again, I had never tried the food until recently. I am almost depressed at the fact that I have been missing out on this food for so long. I was thoroughly impressed by the food. Everything was delicious, tasty, and exactly as I had ordered it. The serving size was generous, the service was quick, and the prices were fair! If you are like me and have been wondering about this place - please do yourself a favor and give them a try! I can't wait until I get to have another meal from here.

It was fresh and delicious. They add noodles as they grill. I would ask for light or medium noodles next time for balance. The noodles were good though. I will definitely be back. And happy kind staff.

Not that I remember. I enjoy tofu as well but I don't think you will miss not having it because the food is so delicious and fresh and you get to load your bowl and watch it get cooked!
They serve beef, and pork.
They have a sign up to stay 6ft away. I believe tables are not available for use. I went at night when people were mainly picking up orders. They only wipe the trays with a rag and immediately put it out for the next customer to use. My tray felt sticky. Not going back to this restaurant.
If you are asking if they use it, I am not sure but the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would be surprised if they didn't.
