I've never written a review on a restaurant before but I have to say I will never eat there ever again. The service was terrible and my order was wrong, even the appetizer was wrong. Like come on Chili's get it together. Lakeland never messes up.

I have had horrible meals and quite decent ones. On our most recent visit to Lakeland one, they had no wine at all. None. This is not a gourmet restaurant. Order simple and be grateful if you get what you ordered. I have also found out that complaining to staff not only does no good, it makes things worse. Keep your receipt, note the name of the server and complain to corporate.

Its not a bad place. Perhaps you got a bad server.

Yea you are right some times they mess everything specially when they get busy , the place is not bad but stuff need training

Great Service Bar tender was friendly and complimented my family. Will come back soon. Also made a new friend. Annette who paid for my sons meal and me a drink we had alot in common. Hope to see her again soon. You never know wether it be the best bar tender and you dont drink or someone that just walks in your life and feel like youve known each other for years. Thanks to John and Annette and my son for making my day so much better.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Try a night that's not so busy, it'll be a lot better. They really aren't that bad.
