I've never written a review on a restaurant before but I have to say I will never eat there ever again. The service was terrible and my order was wrong, even the appetizer was wrong. Like come on Chili's get it together. Lakeland never messes up.
Is it customary to be told that the wait will be 30 minutes for a group of six and after an hour still no table?. After 45 minutes we asked how much longer. Both hosts told us when a table was available. So rude. We offered to split up. No. We left.
Is it acceptable to get served Brown Guacamole and and sour cream that taste like it has lemon or it's spoiled. This was a carryout order.
Not a good place to eat
How come you don't make food for people that,can't have spice due to illness everytime I order ad I say no spices at all it comes back and I burn my mouth everytime service just don't care
