The waitress was in a bad mood, took forever to take our order, the food was horrible and the place was dirty! do not recommended this place!

Service and food were great. The burger was so big, that I could only eat half of it. Warmed it up for lunch the next day, and it was delicious!!!

Before someone questions why I gave a Chili's 5 stars, I'm rating my experience here on my last visit. Hosts were pleasant for the brief interaction, my server was very attentive and kept the drinks topped and the food came out fine

Cleanliness is everything in all restaurants. The server used a dirty towel, dropped food out of it and wiped a table with it. Also, cleaning the table and seat with the same towel is overly gross and nasty. Clilli’s at 33535 US-27 in Lake Wales does not have a clean dining area. Please assure the kitchen employees does not behave the same! Had to extend this sadly. The restroom is not clean and filthy too. Had to change my grand baby’ diaper in the car. What next?!

There was 24 of us. The waiter was very good. Food came out all at once and was hot and very good. As always a very good experience.

Always on the mark 100% quality , first class

I've never written a review on a restaurant before but I have to say I will never eat there ever again. The service was terrible and my order was wrong, even the appetizer was wrong. Like come on Chili's get it together. Lakeland never messes up.

I have had horrible meals and quite decent ones. On our most recent visit to Lakeland one, they had no wine at all. None. This is not a gourmet restaurant. Order simple and be grateful if you get what you ordered. I have also found out that complaining to staff not only does no good, it makes things worse. Keep your receipt, note the name of the server and complain to corporate.
