Good luck with speaking to an owner the GM Scott McAlpin will never let that happen. You'll not get a call back from Scott McAlpin and get the runaround from his staff. Just don't shop at this dealership use Carmax around the corner.

When I went in to cancel my service maintenance plan because my local dealer does not honor the coupons I was told it took 4 months for the cancellation to take effect. I found out this is not true so is the dealer trying to scam $$$ from me ?
