When I went in to cancel my service maintenance plan because my local dealer does not honor the coupons I was told it took 4 months for the cancellation to take effect. I found out this is not true so is the dealer trying to scam $$$ from me ?

Beware you will not get customer satisfaction from this dealership. Their practices are not on the up and up. They will nickel and dime you without regard to ethics! So lying to you about canceling your service maintenance plan does not surprise me.

I use them only for oil change and occasionally for a tire rotation however, the prices are way too pricey for me for alignments and stuff like that. I go to my neighborhood mechanic for less than half the price
