Excellent care and service.

This is the worst place ever and they’re overpriced extremely I wish I went to another dealership for my dodge repair would have saved several thousands of dollars. The advisor Keith never returns calls or text and neither does Greg the service manager. It’s been over a month without my and this trash of a rental that my family can’t even fit. And they could care less I haven’t spoken to not one person at this place that even seemed to care or just tried to rush off the line except for Bob he’s not my service advisor but because he was so nice, helpful and seemed to care was the only reason I didn’t take my truck elsewhere but never again will I come here or even buy another vehicle associated with this place.

We had an amazing car buying experience here today. Carlos was the absolute best, would highly recommend requesting him when you go there. He made us feel very welcome, listened to our specifications of what car we wanted, test drove the car I wanted to buy, and patiently explained in detail the line items for the price. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had with a dealership, was very professional and inviting.

What a horrible experience overall with the longest sales process to boot. Imagine nearly every bad experience story you’ve heard and this is the dealership that will soon be yours if you shop here. Of course with them being one of the only places in town that has new cars, your choice, like ours, may be limited - forcing you to make decisions you would otherwise not make. Our sales process lasted 9 hours total where a deal was struck 2 hours in on two cars. Then an hour later we were told that deal was for one car we wanted and another we never saw - so we started all over again. They add on a forced insurance package that provides zero value that you can’t remove that is $3,000 and have you sign documents indicating things that are untrue and probably illegal (like saying the window sticker was on the car, not removed…and I’m guessing definitely not laminated- like they all are). So now that the deal is done we waited and received paperwork for the 1st payment on one of the vehicles after 3 weeks. I then called and left no less than 5 messages with finance regarding the second vehicle. After I drive to the dealership they of course were shocked I couldn’t get in touch with anyone and said someone would be in touch. No one was. So I emailed the dealership from the welcome email and did finally speak with someone in finance…where we found we needed to sign paperwork again. The payment was the same - but the dates were incorrect so we had to have them fix that before we’d sign. Finally a month and 4 days after the original purchase date the finance company had my information- of course with a late payment indicating in the app. This late payment was resolved since I paid the dealership for the payment t due when we re-signed paperwork. Again, if you have options and another dealer has cars…buy somewhere else. Overall their sales tactics and contracts are like playing a shell game - but I’m pretty sure we overpaid for each car by 5-10k - of course 3k of that is their BS / fraud insurance package.

Well let's just say I was there for a total of 7 hours buying my jeep last month. The bathrooms were not cleaned once during my visit there....the 2 cars that I test drove were not sanitized before or after our short drive. During the paper signing process in a office room like a pretty small bedroom size that employee wasn't wearing his mask and when you test drive the car the salesman sits in the front seat next to you. All the sales employees do have masks on however when you go back behind the lobby scene they are more relaxed on covid safety. Throughout my entire stay social distances did not exist. We are all learning how to live through this new covid life but it's been over a year now and I truly believe they should have been more compliant with CDC guidelines and standards for safety precautions.
I took my bus to do routine maintenance on a Thursday, they offer a service of $ 449, I accept why I need a good service, the same day the bus felt strange and I was ignored, I called them Friday or to tell them and neither was my last The call was at 4pm to tell her Saturday she was wearing it and Saturday didn't catch on! I had to carry it in a crane and it was until Tuesday to tell me that I had to pay for damage they did! I obviously refused! And don't pay! But yesterday I picked it up, I realized 1 thing was missing, today I already have 3 lost items! After they are not professionals and they steal from customers they also steal items from cars! Worst Experience Ever!
You need to call the day before!
I can't say for sure, call the dealership would be the sure way to be sure you get it right
You don't have to make an appointment for an oil change. But it may help sometimes they're busy. Ask for Danny.
Try Central Florida Chrysler near John Young Pkwy and Sand Lake Road or Airport Chrysler
