Yes. As soon as you schedule an appointment with us you will immediately receive a notification by email and/or text to confirm the appointment scheduled. The day prior to the scheduled appointment you will receive a reminder notification of the appointment. Finally, on the day of the appointment, when the technician dispatches to your home or business, you will receive a notification. In this final notification you will receive a picture of the technician for security purposes and can track the technician's arrival in real time.
Absolutely. In fact the majority of our estimates are provided over the phone. In that most of the services we provide are routine for our technicians, with only a few questions from customer service representatives about your project, we will provide you an estimate over the phone. This saves our customers valuable time and when our technicians arrive at your home or business, they are ready to begin the project.
Yes. We highly encourage performing a water test and will perform one prior to repairing the leak. Whether the leak is coming from the roof, the windows, or plumbing inside your home, water tends to take the path of least resistance and may appear in a location where the cause of the leak is not evident.

Yes. We've performed general maintenance and repair services for over 2,000 businesses. Typical services include ceiling repair, ceiling tile replacement, tile repair, drywall repair, bathroom partition repair, door repair, power washing, furniture assembly, white board installation, and much more. We would be glad to discuss your maintenance needs.
Not necessarily. If the work to be performed will require our technicians to access the inside of your home we would ask that you make arrangements to allow us access. Some of our customers will provide us with a lock box code or will open the door for us using their remote security system. If the work to be performed is outside we may need access to power or water depending on the type of work being performed. In both of these scenarios our office will send you an "Absentee Owner" form and ask you to fill it out prior to the work being performed. This will provide us the authorization to perform work on your property without you being physically present at the time of service.
Absolutely! Although we operate with a limited number of technicians on Saturdays, we do schedule appointments for Saturdays as sometimes this is more convenient for our clients than scheduling on a typical work day. However, sometimes during our busy season our Saturday appointments fill up fast.
Yes. We have a Class A contractor license in the state of VA. We are also Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS), an EPA Lead-Safe Certified company, and DreamLine Shower Door Certified Intallers.
All of our service technicians are company employees that have undergone background checks and drug testing. They drive company vehicles and wear company uniforms. Prior to their arrival, our clients receive a notification with a picture of the technician (for security purposes) as well as a short bio. Our clients can also track the technician's arrival time after they have been dispatched to the job.
