Mr. Bounce Inflatable Rentals

Called 3 days in a row trying to make a reservation. Each time I was asked to “call back at a later time”. Explained that I needed a rental for the following week and the first 2 attempts I was told it was not a problem but I needed to call back. 3rd attempt I’m told to call back but not before telling me they don’t have any openings for the next 2 weeks… terrible communication by this company and a potential broken hearted 6 year old… Two thumbs down for Mr. Bounce. And now in order to deflect from an honest review, you accuse me of cursing you and disrespecting you? I expressed my displeasure with not being told you were booked from the very beginning. I told you I thought it was B.S. you failed to tell me that 3 days prior, when I had initially called. I began each call with "I need a rental for Saturday June 11..."

Mr Bounce is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a bounce house or water slide. Our children enjoys HOURS of play. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
