Some of the best customer service I've ever received. From initially scheduling to delivery and pickup, everyone was super nice and helpful. And the kids can't stop talking about the water slide and bounce house. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be a returning customer.

They were wonderful with communication and the crew who delivered and picked up were so nice and friendly. Will definitely do business with them again! The bounce house we rented was loved by all the kids at the party! It was clean, seemed new, and had more than just a bouncy house. There was a slide and basketball hoop inside!! So much fun!

We had a great experience with Bounce-N-Battle. We reserved a bounce house with an attached slide for a birthday party. The unit was delivered on time (early, actually), and set up quickly. Communication from the business about delivery and pickup times was great. The delivery staff was friendly and helpful. The unit itself was in good shape and held up well to a bunch of boistrous kids. Most importantly, the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend this company for any party needs.

After scrambling to find a bounce house a week before and event they were able to ease my mind and deliver. Their response time was quick and they overly communicated which was appreciated! That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Bounce-N-Battle cleans and disinfects after every rental.
