Amazing Amazing Amazing. Browns Manassas of Subaru is an incredible dealership. My wife and I came here to shop for a car. We had a Honda Accord 2014. Our salesperson was Israel . He was knowledgeable, friendly and great. He made us feel comfortable and literally made it impossible to leave because he gave us a great deal on our Subaru Outback 2020 Touring XT . I will never go anywhere else. I was originally a HONDA person. I thought I would never go to another brand but I must say I love everything about our Subaru. It's an amazing car and the features are what we were looking for as we have 2 children. We will never go back to any other car. I would recommend coming to this dealership because they will treat you right and never cheat you. They treat you like family and truly will do what they can do have you drive off in a new Subaru of your dreams. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are truly the best in the area and state of Virginia

Phenomenal customer service from the time I made an appointment until the service was complete. The car was fixed and ready when promised. My car needed a lot more work than I thought, They were out of loaner cars, but managed to pull a car for me from the lot so that I didn’t have to wait all day for service. I wish I could thank the person who fixed everything in my car that needed fixing.

For most maintenance items you can just stop in but appointments come first so you might wait a bit. How ever you will not find a more honest dealership service department anywhere.
You can take your car anywhere to get the annual VA safety/emissions test (e.g. mechanic, dealer, etc.) as it is a set price throughout VA ($16). Once your 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) expires, you should probably take it to a trusted mechanic that is experienced working with Subaru. The Subaru warranty works at any Subaru dealership regardless of where you purchased the car as they just bill Subaru corporate for the work they do.
