My Apple Watch has a broken screen screen. The quoted repair price was much higher than Apple’s, easily exceeding the purchase price of the watch. Interesting business model. Their name should instead be changed to “UBreakIGougeULeave”.

I had a great experience! It was my first time in the shop since the name changed. We have used them before with positive experiences as well. Jose helped me with my problem in minutes and then gave me a replacement screen protector for free! Very friendly. I definitely recommend it and will be using them for any future tech problems. It’s nice to know we have a go to place for tech help.

Awesome experience. I took in my computer I use for work and am on a time crunch. They took it in and were able to get a repair done in a few days. They walked me through the entire process as well as helping me figure out cost ideas as well. Definatly reccomend

I recommend bringing it by for a free diagnostic. If we determine it needs water damage cleaning then we can get that completed and the cost would be $49.99 only if it works. Water damage will cause corrosion and while everything works now over time that corosion may cause other functions to fail. So at the least I would recommend having it looked at.
