Very frustrating experience! They wouldn't sell me a car at full ask because I wasn't willing to trade in my vehicle. This being after they took my deposit information. Waste of a day. Would not recommend.

I have been going back and forth for a few months on whether to buy a new truck or not. My hand was forced when my old truck got totaled. I had been working with Lily online looking for the GMC Sierra Elevation with the Duramax diesel. I went down one day to look at one without the Duramax. I was greeted by Hector the manager. At that time I still had a working truck so I wasnt in a rush. When my truck was totaled I had no choice. I talked to Lily and told her I was coming in to get whatever they had on the lot. As luck would have it Lily called me the night before and told me the exact truck I was looking for just rolled in on the transport truck. Lily wasnt going to be there the next day but she put me in touch with her college Jesus. Jesus took great care of me. We were driving on golf cart to see truck and even before we stopped I told him SOLD. Hector the manager once again greeted me and made me feel like family. Rashid the finance guy made the money part easy and quick. I love my new GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with the Duramax and it all couldnt have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the team at Carl Black of Orlando. Thany you Lily, Jesus, Hector and Rashid.
