Good Luck getting a return call from the GM Scott McAlpin is a absentee leader. 1/24/2020 To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I leased a new vehicle in December 2019, had to go back the dealership twice (their mistakes- wrong tag and outdated paperwork). When my temporary tag was about to expire I called to see what was going on, the paper was never submitted to the bank. They overnighted the new temporary tag, with NEW paperwork. I returned the paper work, a week and a half later, they are not responding to my phone calls. Issue was finally resolved in February 2020, after continuously reaching out. The general manager NEVER returned my calls.
