Sales department is great. Andrew and Walter are amazing. However, this review goes directly aimed at the service department. We called earlier today to make an appointment and they said they were not taking appointments, that they were receiving the vehicles on a first-come-first-serve basis. We arrived and the service advisor said the vehicle would be ready within an hour and thirty minutes. As we return to the dealership, after the accorded time had passed, no one had even moved our vehicle yet. When we asked them about it, they said they were just too busy and that it would be another two hours worth of wait time. We decided to leave and try another day for we are not going to waste an entire day just to get something as simple as an oil change done. I understand staffing is difficult across industries, but they should not have promised an hour they could not fulfill. They should have been honest since we arrived and tell us there was about a three-to-four hour wait time right off the bat.

We bought our pacifica from airport chrysler. We were very specific with what we wanted. Edwin was our sales consultant he had amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Emmett in financing was amazing he made sure we were happy with how much we would be paying and just went above and beyond.

Terrible experience. Set an appointment to see a truck. After wasting time finding out what I was looking for in a vehicle (duh...the truck I came to look at) I was told it wasn't there and that we would have to "make a deal" before I could see it? What? Buy it before you see it? Then they proceeded to show me several trucks that weren't even remotely what I was looking for. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Beware you will not get customer satisfaction from this dealership. Their practices are not on the up and up. They will nickel and dime you without regard to ethics! So lying to you about canceling your service maintenance plan does not surprise me.
This is not surprising this dealership does not take customer service seriously. Customer needs to stay away use Carmax they have more ethics and have a much better level of customer service. The GM Scott is the worst and thinks he is too good to talk to customers. 06-21-2019 I would like to share my experience as a new Dodge owner in regards to service! Good luck with speaking to an owner the GM Scott McAlpin will never let that happen. You'll not get a call back from Scott McAlpin and get the runaround from his staff. Just don't shop at this dealership use Carmax around the corner.
I bought a car from them also and it ended up having an issue and they refused to fix the issue when I asked to be put into another vehicle. I will never buy from airport dodge again!
