I stated at this Holiday Inn Express July 21 the services was GREAT the lady at the desk was one of the BEST desk clerk I have ever had & the bed I need to find out what & where & exactly the get the or better yet when they replace them I

Very nice. Everyone was friendly enjoyed their French toast and bacon 4 breakfast

Maybe for next time you could pull up the fitted sheet and check for the mattress tag, i think they are required to leave them on and it should have all the info you need. We stayed there the last weekend in March and I agree the bed, at least the king we had, was awesome.

The bed felt new in our room. I suppose you could call the manager there, and find out.
