Room was larger than typical / more modern hotel rooms. Really great views and useable patio/ balcony space for 4 ( comfortably). All staff we encountered were warm and helpful.

The rooms are large, spacious, and comfortably sleep 6, which is great for larger families like mine, since we can all fit in one room unlike many other hotels. Pool and tennis courts were great, and having two sinks in the room was helpful. The deck was large and relaxing. The rooms and the entire hotel in general, however, were outdated and could use some updating. My biggest complaint is that there was hair on the blanket for the pullout couch and one of the beds, which was gross. Overall, it’s reasonably priced and good for a one or two night crash but not recommended for a romantic getaway or longer vacation.

Our second time staying at this hotel, and continues to be our favorite place to stay . Rooms are large and well maintained , service is friendly and accommodating. Property is beautiful and convenient to everything . Looking forward to our next stay here.

Long story but......stayed last weekend ...2 nights...NFL playoff weekend. Cable went in and out all Saturday eve. Made multiple trips to the office ended up at a local bar, returned for the second half of game 2 and problem still not fixed. Desk clerk was polite but not interested... Think I got a sorry call the next day or a let us buy you breakfast for your trouble? No not even a follow up call the next day and I was booked in for the next night! Have since written to hotel manager with ZERO response... Love Williamsburg, but I'll not be staying at a property any longer that assumes no responsibility for lost services and then ignores a email asking if failing to follow-up is the properties idea of customer service...
