My family and I moved into the travel lodge on Bypass Rd., December 31, 2021 it was supposed to be temporary but it became a permanent residence until today when I found out the manager Sarah McIntyre was not only dealing drugs throughout the entire property she’s also sleeping with the guests including my babies father so if you want an experience that is what you’re going to get at the Travelodge in Bypass Road. Sarah McIntyre will do pretty much anything that you need if you let her sleep with your husbands Including paying your bills

Bed Bug infestation, dirty rooms, no night clerk nor night service workers, Day Service employees are terrible, during our stay they more excuses on why we could not get extra towels or pillows. Open Air Drug Market throughout the hotel. We were shouted at by drug dealers about what they had to offer. Roaches in the microwave as well. Just an awful hotel.

I would rate no stars if I could. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 126.04 total for 2 nights. When I arrived I was charged 138.38. My room was suppose to be nonsmoking. I got 2 double beds with cigarette holes all thru the comforter. Stank of smoke. Person renting room next to us was smoking pot so our room had a strong pot smell. No towels or washcloths. Had to beg for them and they told us they didn’t have any. They finally gave us 2 towels and one washcloth for 4 people. Toilet wouldn’t flush. We noticed a bar of soap in toilet which was the reason for not flushing. Room was dirty and stained. After arriving back home I had another charge of 69.19 on my bank acct. I have no idea what that charge is for. I had stayed here before in the past and never had so many issues before. We did file a complaint and waiting to hear back.

This is the type of hotel that you see on that show hotel hell, stains on carpet, we asked for a non smoking room and the women at the front desk said that it used to be a smoking room but because it was painted it wasn’t? That makes no sense. Roaches, ghetto, random people hanging around, didn’t feel safe. The electric didn’t even work in my room the front desk was full on attitude and didn’t care. Disgusting!!!!!! I was in the room for not even 5 minutes and checked out. Will never go back! Horrible experience. We had no where else to stay so we drove around for over an hour looking for a hotel, that’s how bad it was. This place needs negative stars.
