room was clean, no bugs, clean bathroom, mini fridge and microwave. AC works great. Bed could be a little more comfy but for the price it’s great. They even have a handy bottle opener in the drilled into the wall in the bathroom.

I work at Busch Gardens and travel to work there. I am part time so I work weekends there. I stay here because not only is it a close distance for me to Busch Gardens, the staff are amazing and the rooms are always clean . I would recommend this hotel to anyone . For people complaining no its not the Marriott or Hilton , it's an older hotel that is very nice . The beds are so comfortable

There is no pool, it’s under construction or something. They do have bedbugs though, daughter woke up with bites all over her. Staff was not so pleasant. Pretty much the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I'm a world traveler and this was the worst, dirtiest, nastiest hotel I've ever stated at. Where do I begin?????....... the photos on the listing are not accurate and no pool.... 1. I booked a smoking room.....and the smell in the room was unbearable for me. I could smell it through my mask. I sprayed some air freshener from my car in it and it didn't help at all. The smell was so bad my eyes were red and burning... 2. The room wasn't clean at all.... very nasty carpet.. 3. A family in the room next to me was playing loud music like you would hear coming from a car with bass so loud the walls in my room were vibrating... I complained to the office twice and nothing was done..4.. kids riding scooters/bikes, skateboards in the parking lot and bumping into cars. ( I had bought a new car 3 days earlier...) so I had to keep going outside to check on mine.....4. I paid for 2 nights in cash ( booked through exoedia) and wasn't given a receipt and when I went back to the office to ask for one I was given the run around and an hour and a half later I was given a receipt... I checked in at 2 and by 7 I had had enough and went back down to the office to ask for a refund for the 2 nights and I was given one. The staff was nice but acted like they didn't care and didn't want to be bothered. I'm visiting from out of state and I was very very disappointed in my stay here. If I could give it 0 stars I would....people were screaming and shouting outside the rooms on the floor I stayed on and the door to my room didn't close all the way so as a female I didn't feel safe at all....I left and went across the street to the econo lodge and paid less. It was a peaceful stay, no noise, friendly staff, and very clean room. DONT STAY HERE!!!! ITS DISGUSTING!!!!!
