Pros - Hotel was clean, very friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed the landscaping and pool. Cons - No mini fridge in room. I extended my day 1 additional night (Thursday) and it was $60 more and not all rooms were booked.

As a Hilton member I was very disappointed at this franchised Hotel. Although it was built in 2009 it look poorly maintained. The moldings were obviously removed and not replaced, the wall paper was coming off in many places. The business center was not functioning and their was no hot water for 5 hours. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable & the rugs needed cleaning. But the bathroom was very clean. My room was not ready until 4 hours past my check in. The breakfast was very basic the usual waffles, oatmeal cereal bread & egg. The day staff was very nice. But my overall impression was very poor.

Where should I start? The first night wasn't bad. Breakfast is supposed to be from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m but it was being put away by 9:10 a.m. We went to see the sites for a few hours and came back to no water. The second morning there was no hot water, none. Couldn't get showers so didn't get breakfast and didn't get out to sightsee early because of it. Asked for clean towels and hours later had to go get them ourselves. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

We were extremely disappointed when we found out that our two king bed rooms were smoking versus non-smoking. We have an eight month old baby. They were able to swap out one of the king rooms for a two queen bed room however we were still stuck with the one smoking room. So we ended up having to share the two queen beds. We had just recently got engaged and were really looking forward to this trip. We immediately expressed our concerns upon check in. They also went and sprayed the one king room but the lady from the front desk refused to talk to us. We would be grateful to talk to a manager regarding this. We just don’t feel it is fair to pay for a room that we can’t be in.
