I was rear ended and struggling on my own to navigate the insurance nightmare. It was stressful and I had no idea what I was doing. I had never been involved in a car accident before. The insurance companies were not helping me get the care I needed. I Google searched for an attorney close to the Puyallup area and Mr. Chong H. Ye's name came up. I read his credentials and the minute I read he had attended a christian seminary I knew he was the one to help me. When I first met him he handed me a book he had written. I was “T-boned” by a person who apologized to me before the ambulance arrived and took full responsibility initially. Later, he recanted and has tried to change the facts to make the accident look like it was my fault. Can you help me?

Let’s schedule a time to talk…we can visit about the facts of the accident, research the police report, and try to find some witnesses and videos of the accident scene. We can also determine facts in depositions (recorded statements that are made under the oath of honesty with legal repercussions for not being truthful).

I’m sure it was frustrating for your friend but she may have described the exact reason why her lawyer fired her – she did nothing! Before a lawyer files a lawsuit with the court, the lawyer has a responsibility to the client to ensure all the information is correct and thorough and the court to provide all the information needed on or before the deadline. If a client will not return phone calls, paperwork or provide details, a lawyer may have no other choice but to recuse himself.

I was taking a leisurely walk through my neighborhood when a little dog charged and attacked me from the other side of the road. The owner apologized but told me it was my fault. I had to go to the hospital for treatment. What should I do?

Great question! First and foremost, please take care of your health! If you have not already, please discuss your accident and injuries with the doctor of your choice. Talking with our office does NOT automatically make you a client. It does, however, provide you an opportunity to make an informed decision – and that is a great position to be in! Lawsuits are emotionally draining and mentally taxing for some folks while other folks do not believe they should sue someone but instead “turn the other cheek.” If you decide to hire an attorney and sue the person who caused your injuries, you will be seeking compensation for the effects of the accident – not being spiteful. Some things you could receive compensation for include damage to your personal property, reimbursement for medical expenses you incurred because of the accident, loss of current income and potentially loss of future income, if you cannot work.

I believe my loved one suffered a wrongful death recently but am not sure what to do. Can you tell me what I should do?
