[ ] Plans delayed by an hour due to safe in room not working. [ ] Front desk said that we could keep our valuables in their safe so that we could head out for our day trip while they fix the issue. [ ] Front desk rescinded that offer and made us move to another room, further delaying our plans by another hour. [ ] Safe in room number 2 isn't working, delaying our plans for a third hour. [ ] Room number 2 lacks the soft secondary curtain that 1 had. [ ] Interior window side is infested with ants. [ ] The bathroom in room number 2 is a downgrade from the bathroom in room number 1. 1 had a shower with glass door. 2 has a tub with moldy curtain. [ ] Hotel tech took a personal call and keeps playing with his phone while he's supposed to be fixing the safe. [ ] Room number 2 is humid. [ ] Hotel tech insinuated that our child may have played with and broken the safe. [ ] The manager gave my brother 2,000 points for all of the inconveniences. That is only $16. [ ] Bedside power outlet in room number 1 didn't work.

Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had. The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING from both rooms on the side of you and both rooms across the hall. You might as well be trying to sleep in the middle of a shopping mall. There is not enough parking and I had to park my car at the shopping strip next door or the fire lane. The staff is friendly and the location is wonderful but that is ALL this place has to offer.

Stay somewhere else if you can. No hot water in the hotel since yesterday. Half the lights in the room don't work and some outlets don't work as well. Refrigerator doesn't work, and there's no hair dryer in the room. Internet is spotty and unreliable. The shower drips, loudly, nonstop. Don't be deceived by the $89 rate quoted - we were charged over $200 a night. However, the management kindly took $135 off our bill due to the problems noted.

I am sorry to give a negative report on this property because I found the staff to be very courteous and willing to help. The room that I had booked based upon the online photo, did not exist. Dakotah at the front desk was very gracious in finding me an alternate room. However, this room did not have the type of shower, roll in, that I needed. The hotel is still undergoing remodeling. This maybe why the fire alarm went off two times in less than 24 hours. The biggest issue however, was NO HOT WATER! That really is unacceptable. I am sorry to say that I will no longer seek to stay at this establishment. As a matter of fact I cancelled my reservations I had at an Holiday Inn in another state later this summer. Unfortunately, our stay was less than acceptable.
