The staff is very friendly. Virginia was very courteous & accommodating when my family arrived in the middle of the night our room was ready for us. I had read reviews about great breakfast but unfortunately due to COVID -19 regulations it wasn’t available. Hoping next time my family & I will get to try the breakfast.

I almost never leave bad reviews. KEEP DRIVING.! I booked because it had good reviews. Pool is green with leaves and slime still in it. He said it's seasonal, well in Virginia this is the season for pools to be opened. Carpet is peeled off of the floor in an area in our room. Sharp metal sticking out from under bed cut my ankle and it's swollen, not bad but should not have happened. No, I don't look for law suits, I just want what they advertised. Not clean. They said they would give us a huge $20.00 off for our troubles but I seriously doubt that will happen, but it might. You have been warned, I wish we had been. Here are REAL pictures of our visit not what they show it to be. Curtains have to be held shut with a chair.

Great staff, excellent location for everything you want to see. Parking was not the best but that was something that could be worked with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to the Williamsburg area or surrounding areas. They gave us extra towels due to us going to Busch gardens and figured kids would get wet. Overall great experience. 10 stars!!!!

We were moving from Arizona and needed a pet friendly hotel local to the area we were moving. After checking multiple hotels, I called and they let us know they had a room to fit our family and pets. From the get go they were kind and absolutely accommodating. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was a great two day stay!
