The Hilton Garden at Williamsburg was just delightful! My interactions with the staff and associates was outstanding, they were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a bit dated, and there are some quirky nuances. That said, I would definitely stay here again. There is plenty of on premise parking and the hotel is conveniently located next to everything. The pool, hot tub and gym were all available 24hrs, and well maintained. In my room, the blackout shades did not function and therefore the room was quite dark; hence 4stars not 5. The entire hotel is accessible and includes many amenities. Breakfast is about $12 and is not included the cost of the room.

We stay at a lot of Hilton Gardens. The staff here was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was excellent (of course at HGI the breakfast is not included in the room rate). I rate this one as above the already high average for these properties. Would readily stay there again.

Room was emaculate and as usual the bed was super comfortable. I especially want to praise the breakfast kitchen crew including the cooks, and the entire crew cleaning tables and helping guests. They were super friendly and really took their job seriously. This is an amazing group of employees who made our trip so pleasant.

Very good place to stay. 24 hour pool, Whirlpool and gym. Very friendly stuff. The room was great. There is a special curtain that keeps out the light also during the day if you like to sleep.
