1st weekend of the month, crazy buzy and no charge. But, I think you can donate a couple bucks that goes to the maintenance of the trains.
The first week of the month is when they have the train running :) it's free of charge, but lines are usually pretty crazy
Im not 100% but Isnt it just the first Saturday of the month that it's free?
