Driver with glasses was very rude and disrespectful. Made me feel like I was a waste of his time and was making sly comments. When he was taking me away he was smiling and having a great time waving to my family sarcastically. Drive to ER was horrible. When we arrived at the ER he continued to be a nasty and made a bunch of jokes with the staff. This man is very unsafe to the public. I plan on calling sunstar and filing a formal complaint (of course they are closed right now.) Point being they do not care about your safety or care.

Not sure why the rating is so low here. On 8/20/22 around 11pm my daughter needed a transport from mease dunedin to st Joseph's children's hospital in Tampa because she swallowed a quarter. The two paramedics that picked us up were beyond great !! The lady was driving and was driving extremely smooth. The man was in the back with my daughter and myself and was very helpful. I hope if in the future we ever need them again (hopefully not) we get the same people! thank u so much !!

One of sunstar trucks going at least 70 in a 45 they came behind me driving like they stole it cuts me off then hits there brakes cause idk 30 over the posted limit is wrong at 940 at night cause me to panic cause there taillights are so bright it makes looking at the sun easier results where my wheels locking up I am sliding all over the road trying to regain control hoping I don’t smash into the barrier on brain dairy bridge over lake Seminole and drown cause there out there causeing accidents sunstar needs to get rid of blinding tail lights !

Questions & Answers

I read article in EMSWorld re: uniform response bags -- saw photo of open bag that appeared to show preloaded syringes in plastic boxes to protect them. Where did you buy those boxes? Rob Moore, Chief Paramedic FP-C Mile High Ambulance - Denver CO

I will ask our materials manager. The boxes really help avoid broken vials.
