Doctors are amazing, the nurses/front desk all have attitude issues. Don't try to schedule a last minute physical before school, they'll lecture you about how everyone is scheduling them, and that you should've called sooner. Then never return your voicemails. Don't try calling around lunch, or before close. They usually just let the phone ring. The only reason I bother with this place is because Dr.Cano. he's the best!! Cleanliness 6/10. Wait times WITH appointment 1/10.

The physicians including the residents are professional and interact well with the patient-child.It was easy to get an appointment, which is much appreciated. I cannot say the same for the support staff. The medical assistant, a 200+# ,5’3”, hair in an alligator clip, black female who was curt, rushed and rude. ( She was sitting near the checkout window , front desk area initially) When she came in and said very hurriedly what is name and DOB before an immunization, I asked her whose , she proceeded to repeat it very slowly and with such an attitude of disrespect! The tone is set by first contact and it’s a shame.

I've been bringing my kids here for 7 years. But I will never go back and they are all being assigned a new pediatrician. ALL of my children are vaccinated, except my infant who has a kidney issue so I was delaying. But despite a parents concerns nobody takes the time here to understand, listen, or discuss those things with you. It's very rudely just you need to vaccinate RIGHT NOW even tho he's here with a BAD COLD. Or find a new doctor so not only does he have a new doctor, but all 5 have a new doctor. For one it's always been against vaccinating ANYBODY when they're sick. And to just disregard and not care about a concern a parent has is a big no no.
