The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because the cleanliness of the bus was not the same. What happened differently since about within the last approximately 4 weeks or so ago? I see that you replied, however, I mentioned my issue was the bus was not as clean as my previous trips. So what happened differently over the past 4 weeks?

Great experience with Escot year after year for an annual trip! This year we had Rick- he offered to play a movie for my students and had several to choose from. He was prompt and pleasant. Escot was great about communication leading up to the trip. Highly recommend :)
