What mortar and grout do I need for installation of tile under water and waterline

Any polymer modified thinset mortar will work best. - any kind of grout works. Your best bet is Custom Building Products brand. You can get both of these at home Depot - I hope when you say under water you mean after installation. You can install tile while under water. Make sure you take a day for all thinset and grout to cure before you put water back in.

Need tile to cover the spa waterfall spill edge. Looking for a solid Navy Blue Glossy 2x6 inch trim tile/ mud cap/quarter round/bull nose that is frost, chemical and acid resistant. Where can I view and get sample?
