they're getting too big and don't have enough staff. last week I called four days and texted, as suggested by message, no response. no return call. no nothing. I am a long time customer no more. 🤔 further, their diagnosis was a dishwasher motherboard. had another company in today: 6 VOLTS GOING TO DW INSTEAD OF120 VOLTS. AND HANSEN INSTALLED the dishwasher I purchased from them! DISGUSTED. 😳🤯
