HCA Florida Largo Hospital Emergency Room

I was in so much pain and unable to move my entire leg after a bad fall on a hard floor. I don't remember much else. Paramedics were sympathetic and efficiently got me by ambulance to ER. It took 4 nurses/doctors to set an IV in my small veins though. An X-ray pf my pelvis and a CAT scan given, but I had to ask for my ankle X-rayed, which I still couldn't move. All revealed no broken bones. I was given morphine and sent home. Well, why didn't they at least wrap it? It has been almost 12 days now and I can barely walk

I honestly never write reviews but I had such a pleasant experience here that I wanted to share. The staff was very nice and attentive from check in to check out. Every one acted like they genuinely cared. I never once encountered a rude soul. Dr. Moore was very nice and came right out into the waiting room to talk to us to make sure we didn’t need to be rushed back right away. The nurse (I think AJ was his name) was very nice, polite, and genuine. The staff here truly made a dreadful situation not as bad. I would definitely return to this ER, even though hopefully I won’t have to! 😊

The staff was amazing. We received immediate attention which was great. It was quite a difference but from the large hospitals that offer emergency services.
