I got this place online and I went to visit it but there was nothing available that they had online so I don't know if the price was real or what the representative wanted to offer me

I have lived there 2 bedroom townhouse apartment from 2011 to 2016 back then Amy was the manager beautiful person. I can't believe that apartment was built in 1978 and they want $1,740 or maybe more. the kitchen cabinets was falling apart the apt was full with rat running up in the attic fester with roaches unbelievable.!!!!

Silver Palms Apartments is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Benita who runs the office here is the best and always makes sure everything runs smooth. Beautiful landscaping, friendly quiet neighbors and everything that makes a home a home. Thanks Benita for everything you do.
