Best to reserve the pavilion...great for kids....
It's a great place for birthday parties. You could call up there number so you could rent a pavilion you know so you'd have a covered space with electricity and a place to hang your balloons and streamers and you can even book the miniature trains and get that change Station 1 and which would be free train rides for all your kids and it's definitely worth it I took my kids there when they were youngsters and we went there many years and had a great time you could bring Pat's and you know and the kids have a great time their restroom facilities everything you'd ever want a great playground for the kids safe environment a totally awesome place to have a birthday party.
You can have one but it helps if you reserve it. If you don't and someone else does, you (and your kid) get the boot. Each time slot is $30 and they have 2 time slots (something like 9-11 and 11-2 i think) so you can basically rent the shelter for the whole day for $60 by buying both time slots.
They have shelters there, which I think you rent from city services...
