I am sadly moving after 2 years here do to a job change. This was probably the best apartment complex I ever stayed at. The area is perfect and the manager Bea is one of the most helpful I have met. She is great at her job. I never had a problem that maintenance did not fix immediately and right the first time.

I have lived at Whispering Palms for almost 3 years, since relocating from Michigan. I absolutely love it. I happen to lease from an owner… but I have regularly dealt with the mgt. company, Weller… along with the property manager, Bea. I appreciate how friendly & helpful they are, especially Bea & Bebe who handles maintenance for the entire complex. Anytime I have questions or need anything at all, they are both there for me. I also love the location… it is very central to all of my needs, and my family lives close by too. 🥰 The grounds, landscaping, fountain, pool and overall environment at Whispering Palms is beautiful and very quiet which is just perfect for me. I hope to stay here for a very long time. I give this property a 5-star rating. 🌴🌳☀️🌊🌺🌼❤️

If you have a service request, it will need to be submitted via the resident portal. We also provide after-hours emergency maintenance 7 days a week. If you have an emergency maintenance request after hours, please call the office at 727.596.4770 and follow the prompts to be transferred to our maintenance department.
Please contact Spectrum for your internet, phone, and cable services. Electric services are through Duke Energy.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until 3rd. On the 4th a late fee is assessed.
There is a $50 flat fee assessed monthly that covers water and sewer charges.
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal via bank account, credit or debit card. A check, cashier’s check, or money order can also be submitted to the leasing office.

Security deposits are based on the results of your credit screening. With approved credit, the security deposit is $500.
Anyone residing in the apartment home that is over 18 years of age must complete an application. The application fee is $75.00 per applicant. There is also a $200.00 administrative fee due when completing your application.
