I used to live at Sunshine mobile park. It is a primarily a park where u own the home and rent the property for a monthly fee. If u stop by the mobile home clubhouse and check the bulletin board u may fined one for rent or post that u r looking to rent.
I know there are some for sale. can't say for certain but I don't think they rent any
