Have lived here here for 2 years, so glad I decided on this park to live. All the other parks were not well taken care of and the residents at most parks I looked at kept messy yard. We are 8 mins to downtown St. Petersburg and about 20 minutes from the gulf. Everything is close to get too, it’s safe, it’s quiet here and the park is always doing get togethers. I actually miss my neighbors that are only here in the winter. The park manager Julie and Donnie the maintenance man are the best. Since I have lived here they have made a lot of improvements to the park and they are really nice people. A lot of the people that live here are great as well and look out for each other.

We have been in the park almost 3 years now, and love it! It's a quiet safe place to live.. Donnie and Julie are awesome, always working hard to making the park look better and be a fun place to live! Lots of weekly activities and clean pool... thanks Southernaire 😊

$650. I'm new here & will say the staff are unbelievably friendly. I felt welcome right away. every home is well kept. every amenity you might need is within minutes. imho, compared to surrounding mhp's, southernaire is your best choice
