I'm sitting in my living room on a Sunday afternoon and my neighbors music is so loud I have to have my TV full blast and still hear the music. People don't respect their neighbors ☹️☹️

So I just got approved and bought a trailer went to DMV had to have owner go there come to find out he is not the owner someone had put title in there name so the title we have is no good who do I ask about this
