Mobile Manor is a small, quiet and peaceful park. The owner is fair. He has rules and expectations for his park. The rules are fair expectations are reasonable. Those that complain are those that usually break the rules.

I have lived in the park for 11 yrs ! I have been getting harassed by the Owner Sid / Manager about my trailer outside , I have Complied with his rules of the Park , and he Continues to Harass me constantly over things that I have already completed!! This has been an on going harassment for the last 5 months every month ! He continues his games of harassment! This has effected my Health , an my way of Peaceful Retirement ! He Needs to Stop pick an choosing who he is going to Harass, An I'm Definitely a Victim of his sneaky ways !! An he makes it hard to sell your trailer here because he will try to steal ur trailer under it nose !! An make it hard for u too sell !! Horrible owner an management !! And this Is the Truth ! It seems that it has become an all age park the last few years. At least the last 2 years anyway. There has been a young man in his 30's living in this park all that time. Tha manager condones it. He tells the young man "to keep a low profile"
