I guarantee this is one of the most affordable places you can live in St Pete. It's also easy to own your own home there.
The people who leave bad reviews have not lived there, or quite possibly have problems living anywhere. (10 yrs experience)

This place is absolutely gross and shady. Not to mention drug dealers live there. Whoever says this place is"nice and clean" must be on drugs. Place needs to be burned down
