Outside of many wonderful residents, North Ridge allows a few residents to operate businesses, violating the park rules and local codes and laws. Workers, work trucks and trailers... The owner/s McGavin and management Sue and Eric fail this 55+ community with their unethical practices and abuse of power... Used car sales, car detailing, dent specialist, people coming to see, test drive and buy... The elderly residents of this 55+ mobile home park are being exploited... Units are being sublet for profit when they are suppose to be owner occupied...

Most parks that have a 55 limit won't mind if you're at least within 7 years of the age bracket and I have children but your also can't have anybody live with you that's underage that's of that age they have to be around 45 or older not saying that you can't have them on the weekends you can't those parts don't mind you having your grandkids over or whatever. Don't know which Park you get sent on but the Pinecrest to one which is on the next street we have some availabilities here and you don't have to have a certain age you can meet any age those are parked next door to us that has openings and so does that one down the street that's on 28th and 52nd at the street for the one you're looking at I mean but if you look on craigslist let go offer up there's a lot of people on there that are selling this for really cheap and once in awhile you'll even get somebody selling theirs for you just to take over the lot rent and that's all you have to cover believe it or not I've seen it like five
