An absolute scam. I placed an order on 12/01 for 8 custom hats to be delivered on 12/27 for an upcoming family trip. Radio silence on their part after calling and sending emails to get an update on my order since nothing had moved. I texted their number on 12/20 only to be told "the artwork failed on our end" so I re-sent them my design that I saved, only to be told they can't do photos (despite being able to add them to the design on their site with NO indication that bucket hats are embroider only). There was back and forth on my design and I sent in at least 4-5 options having to make it more and more simple each time. On 12/22 they told me "We're still on track to deliver on time" I sent my final notes and got NO RESPONSE. I texted the next day checking in, sent in my approval for the design, NO RESPONSE. Today a.k.a the day my hats were supposed to come, I texted and they asked me the font of the mock up I sent and sent me mock ups that were not the same as what I approved. After approving AGAIN, I asked when they'll be delivered since I need them by the end of the week. Their response? "Hi I can just give you a refund now. No way we can get them to you by the end of the week. Sorry about that." Then they blamed me for "still making changes" despite being the ones to never initiate any contact regarding my order. Don't waste your time, money and energy on this company. After not getting an order update or response to my messages until 20 days after submitting my order, I still tried to make it work. All of the red flags were there from the start with the questionably dated website/design software. Customer service goes a long way, and theirs went the worst way possible. Unprofessional, unreliable and undeserving of anyone's money.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago... and was told they are going to change it to make it easier to print. Okay, sure. When I asked for clarification and updates... no responses. I finally heard from someone 3 weeks later, to be told they decided to cancel the order. They seemed more eager to cancel my order and move on, than to help figure out how to make the design work. It was a Christmas gift I was counting on... so it sucks. Not the best service :/

Third time ordering from this company, very good customer service. They respond to email inquiries quickly and merchandise ordered is very good quality. I have not had any problems with any of the jerseys i purchased. Oh and they are very quick shippers, haven't had to wait long for any purchases. If you want good quality t-shirts or jerseys, this is the place to get it.

I've placed a couple of orders with CustomPlanet.com and they were all handled excellently. Their customer service is fantastic as is their final products..
