City of victorville advertises this place to be used for ALL Victor Valley residents EXCEPT for tires and bulky furniture which is for Victorville residents only. Today 6/23/22, I was told in person that they only except TV's and mattresses from victorville residents as well. The Burrtec attendant allowed me to drop these items today but will not allow it in the future. Just an FYI for anyone else that may be turned away after making the drive there.

Been here several times and I'm always greeted by friendly staff and they will take almost anything within reason

Make sure what you're throwing away is on the list, first come first served so the wait can be a few minutes to an hour depending on who is in front of you and how much junk they have. Also be sure to separate your items by category on list as the containers require like items only. Again remember to carefully read the flyer or you will end up at the landfill like me.
