I had been seeing him for years. Always felt comfortable like he cared about my health until recently. I had a urethra dilation procedure done. I had a severe UTI after the procedure I was put on cipro. After finishing the first round I still had a severe infection so he refilled it. He didnt change antibiotics he kept me on 3 rounds of cipro!! I went back to his office and this time he checked the urine said all clear no infection. I left his office and I felt dizzy and I had blurred vision so I stopped at Urgent Care. Thank god I did. I had a severe uti!!! After Dr. Duke minutes before told me it was clear. I was put on i.v.antibiotics right away and sent home with antibiotics. It was so severe. If not for Urgent Care my kidneys would of been infected and more. When I called. Dr. Duke to tell him all he could say was; I have no answers. My life was at risk and all he could say was" I have no answers why I misread your urine test! Never Again!!!

Was recently in the hospital and Dr. Duke came to see me. He was very kind and he listened to my issues and my concerns. He, while standing right there got on the computer in my room and placed orders to take care of me. The next day he showed up and again got on the computer In my room and pulled up all xrays, sonograms and labs done and went over everone with me. OUTSTANDING service in explaining everything. A few days after being released i had a residual issue and called him after hours. He got back to me in a short period of time and again immediately took action to help me. Dr. Duke treated. Me like a close friend. Thank you Dr. Duke.

Don't hold your breath trying to get a hold of this Doctor, My husband has been trying to contact the Doctor to ask why the referral he was supposed to get was never done. If you call their number you can't even leave a message........But if you call billing someone always answers that number. If I could leave NO STARS I would
