I took my kids there for an eye exam. I ordered a pair of glasses for my child because she really needed them and couldn’t see at school. They said they would be ready in less then a week. 4 weeks go by and nothing. After waiting the first week, I just ordered a pair online. Once they were finally ready I let the store know I had already received a pair online faster and wanted a refund. I still have not ever received the glasses mind, you and they said they could offer a store credit. I told them that would not work as I had ordered all the glasses for my whole family off Zenni and they were less for 5 pairs then the one I’m their office. I didn’t need anything else from their store! The manager was very rude and had an attitude. Super unprofessional I would not recommend anyone ever go there. Worst service ever!

I recently got my glasses here, the staff is very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've been to plenty of other places, the Vision Center is by far the best place I've been to, to get my glasses. I highly recommend the vision center of Victor Valley to anyone.

I was seen as a walk in. My wait was not long at all. I ordered glasses with Jules. This is my first progressive. She explained how they work and to give them time. After about a week, I am now able to see everything without having to constantly switch glasses.
