Been with this company for over 4yrs and they’ve been family ever since. Of course no family is perfect at all but it’s a great learning experience and for drivers a great opportunity to make money. Drivers are always accommodated and catered to according to there preferences whether wanting longer miles or wanting time off down to picking there own truck out of the many they have. Overall great place to work and great team to be apart of.

I been a company driver there for 6 months recently, I left because of moving back to a job Texas. The owner is an honest small business owner. I didn’t mind having a woman of color run the company I was in. All I care about was that she got decent equipment that will let me work and get paid(nothing more, nothing less). The administrative staff do what is required for drivers(nothing more, nothing less). I don’t expect foot massages and special treatment from them (unlike some spiteful previous reviewers here).This isn’t a huge company so profit margins are important, they don’t have gold plated bathrooms and five star facilities like the Trump Towers in Vegas. But dispatch got me working with 3000-4000 miles with decent pay for my work. Which is all I cared about as a company driver. The equipment is new-ish, I had some rough patches with a truck though(Starter Issues), but it smoothed out after maintenance did their job, they paid for repairs that I needed when I was out in Middle-of-Nowhere, America. The company is cool that drivers need time away from the road after 2 week voyages, for family or other important obligations, which is ok for certain people. It ain’t a perfect company, but nothing is perfect on this earth. Since I been there, they strived for betterment. Which is all I could ask for. OUT
